PROBLEM

As funding came through, we shifted to monetization while also adapting the app from iOS to mobile web.

SOLUTION

We designed subscription flows and ad placements, and revamped signup for mobile browsers.

Due to a non-disclosure agreement, the designs and app name have been modified to maintain confidentiality. They reflect the overall design direction and process we followed.

With early investments secured, we shifted focus from prototyping to MVP prep—designing monetization features and adapting screens for mobile browsers while Phase 2 development progresses.

We expanded the prototype with premium subscription flows, payment handling, and in-app ads, while updating login/signup for mobile browsers to support a flexible MVP.

Ready for rollout

As Phase 2 development nears completion, the work from this phase will move into active development. We’ll continue supporting the client and development team to ensure a smooth transition and implementation of these new features.
